Internationial Premiership Footballer

Objective: To source a property for an international, Premiership footballer moving to Manchester which would provide him a with a secure and  private environment, not too far from the clubs training ground but  which would also be an excellent investment.

Our Approach: After extensive homesearch and property previews we spent two days with the player and his parents looking at suitable properties and successfully negotiated on his ‘ideal home’.

Result: The Player was able to move in to the property within a very short space of time. We negotiated on all the contents of the property too so that he could move in to the property immediately. This negated him having to spend anytime in a hotel or temporary accommodation prior to pre-season training starting at the club enabling him to be professionally effective on the pitch from Day 1.
